General terms and conditions
The undersigned has taken note of the fact that every natural person, who performs an independent professional activity in Belgium, must join the social security fund for self-employed persons at the latest on the start date of the independent activity and must immediately register every additional activity in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises. He or she is also aware of possible monetary fines in case of late joining or registration and for all the several liability of the company for the monetary fines.
The undersigned is legally obliged to notify Acerta Social Insurance Fund of any change in his or her situation within a period of 14 days and/or to send a request to Acerta One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneurs within a period of one month to change his or her data in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.
The undersigned authorises Acerta One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneurs to regularise the registration of his or her company in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, if an infringement of the establishment legislation is established.
If the undersigned submits an incomplete file and/or does not respond to the request for additional information, Acerta One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneurs assumes that he or she waives the application and the file is closed by Acerta One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneurs.
With this registration for an Acerta service, your details are processed and stored according to the provisions of the Economic Code, book III “Freedom of establishment, service provision and general obligations of the company”. Based on the law of 8 December 1992, you have the right to access these details, to have improvements made and the opportunity to acquire additional information.

Acerta One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneurs
- To process his or her personal details with a view to managing his or her registration in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) and/or the requested additional services and to inform him or her about the other services of the Acerta group. A complete list of the various Acerta companies and associations can be found at www.acerta.be. Acerta will take all the necessary technical and organisational security precautions to protect personal data entrusted to it by him or her. Acerta thus undertakes to protect his or her data in such a way that third parties cannot view and/or change any data.
Acerta Social Insurance Fund
- To process his or her personal data in the context of the management of his or her social status and to inform him about the other services of the Acerta group. A complete list of the various Acerta companies and associations can be found at www.acerta.be. Acerta will take all the necessary technical and organisational security precautions to protect personal data entrusted to it by him or her. Acerta thus undertakes to protect his or her data in such a way that third parties cannot view and/or change any data.
Acerta One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneurs and Acerta Social Insurance Fund
- To give access to his or her file details to the other enterprises of the Acerta group, with a view to an effective integrated service provision as part of his or her social and fiscal obligations and to the promotion of their own services.
- To process his or her details into a global anonymous statistic.
- To communicate his or her file details and certificates to the bookkeeper/accountant specified by him or her.
- To have his or her file details changed by a bookkeeper/accountant specified by him or her.
The undersigned is entitled to view and amend his or her personal data at any time. He or she can also revoke his or her powers of attorney at any time by written notification.
Acerta One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneurs will not charge any fees for the services requested for Acerta Payroll Company and/or Acerta Social Insurance Fund. If there are nevertheless costs associated with this/these service(s), they will be invoiced by the association concerned.
The undersigned has declared in his or her application that the information in this form is complete and correct. Acerta’s obligations are limited to the formalities summarised in this form.
The user of the tool is aware that changes to his or her clientele file can have an impact on the calculation of the social contributions. He or she is responsible for correct data entry.
