Processing personal data at Acerta

Personal data is all data with which we can identify an individual, such as the surname, first name, email address, ... This personal data is the property of the person and can be used by Acerta to offer its services.

To request this information, we ask you to submit a request for the access/erasure/rectification of your personal data and to fill in the relevant forms as completely as possible.

Request to access my personal data

A data subject shall have the right to be informed by the controller whether his or her personal data is being processed (Art. 15 GDPR). When the personal data is being processed, the data subject shall have the right to be informed of such data.

Request to rectify my personal data

A data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller rectification of inaccurate personal data. This must be done without undue delay (Art. 16 GDPR).

Request to erase my personal data

In some cases, a data subject has the right to obtain the erasure of personal data (Art. 17 GDPR).

Objection to the processing of my personal data

A data subject shall have the right to obtain restriction of processing where, for example, the accuracy of the data is contested by the data subject. Or where the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject needs them for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim (Art. 18 GDPR).

Acerta has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the entire Acerta group. This DPO checks the correct application of the applicable laws and regulations when implementing processes at Acerta.
