Update MyAcerta

Soon, all our applications will be housed on MyAcerta.

Acerta currently has two customer portals available, viz. Your customer portal and MyAcerta. We will soon be integrating all of Acerta's applications into MyAcerta. Your customer portal will then disappear completely.

Direct access to all applications with one password per user name.

We are also switching to a login based on single sign-on in the process. This means that you will only have to sign in once to MyAcerta, after which you will have access to all applications. We are currently doing what is necessary behind the scenes to make this changeover as smooth as possible.

Important: Update your data.

From a data security perspective, it's important that an update is done of your data. To do this, we ask you to enter your information once in the pop-up you see when signing up for our current customer portals. We do this data update on both MyAcerta and Your Client Portal. Once you have entered your details, the pop-up will disappear and you can continue to browse hassle-free within your familiar Acerta environment.

Do you have multiple user names?

Then you will need to enter your information once for each user name on both customer portals. We assure you that the processing of your personal data will be done in a secure manner. Do you still have any questions after this? Please contact your Acerta contact. We will be happy to assist you!

What happens to my data?

Your data will only be used in the context of your user account and its security.It will not be used in any way for marketing or communication purposes.

Why don't I see this updated information in my profile?

Indeed, you will not be able to access the updated data immediately in your profile.This data will only be made visible here at a later stage.

I am an E-twist classic customer, why do I keep 2 portals?

E-twist Classic runs on a separate system, and continues to exist independently at this time.At a later phase, we will migrate to MyAcerta for this as well.

When will your Customer Portal disappear?

We're not sure of the exact time at this time. Once we have more insight into this, we will inform you.

I am not yet using MyAcerta. What must I do?

You don't need to do anything. Acerta will contact you about this in due course.

I use someone else's user to log in. What must I do?

The intention is to enter the data of the main user in the pop-up.
