Clerks in PC 200 are entitled to a number of days of training for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023.
Part-time clerks shall enjoy these training days pro rata to their part-time performance. Employees hired on a fixed-term contract of one year or less, are not entitled to training days.
The training is related to CEVORA's training offerings or to a CEVORA accredited training program. Training offers may also come from industry, the company or other training providers.
The number of training days to which your clerks in PC 200 are entitled in the period 2022-2023, depends on the number of employees in your company.
If your company has 20 employees or more, you will offer an average of 6 training days per full-time equivalent (hereinafter "FTE") for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023. If your company has at least 10, but fewer than 20 employees, then offer an average of 4.5 training days per FTE. If your company has fewer than 10 employees, this is an average of 4 days per FTE.
Companies with 20 or more employees, without union representation
If your company has 20 employees or more, but no union representation, you can register a supplemental training plan with the Social Fund. If you do this, two of the training days will be individual training days. In contrast, if you do not have a supplemental training plan registered, three of the training days are individual.
Companies with 20 or more employees with a union delegation
If your company has 20 or more employees and you do have a union delegation, you can agree on a company-specific training plan between 1 January 2022, and 30 June 2022, for the period 2022-2023. To do this, however, you need the agreement of the majority of the members of your union delegation. You must register this plan with the Social Fund by 30 June 2022.
If you do not reach an agreement with the union representative, or you do not wish to negotiate on this, you can still register a supplemental training plan. In that case, however, you can offer less flexibility to your employees.
Companies with fewer than 20 employees
If your company has fewer than 20 employees, two of the training days are individual training days.
You can also access numerous free services offered by CEVORA without registration. Thus, it is not an obligation, but it does offer numerous additional benefits, such as:
The social partners are committed to promoting employment of job seekers belonging to the at-risk groups through training and/or course guidance focused on bottleneck occupations in the sector.
If you have a union delegation and you want to register a company training plan, you have until 30 June 2022 to do so.
If you have a union delegation, but no company training plan, or if you do not have a union delegation, you can join the supplemental training plan through the Social Fund website until 31 December 2022. You only need your NSSO number for this. Of course, you can always download the paper application forms from the website.
