Do you have a question about the Federal Mobility Survey?
Our experts are ready to inform, advise and support you.
Employers with an average of more than 100 employees must participate in the Federal Mobility Survey between 30 June 2021 and 31 January 2022.
One of the aims of the Federal Mobility Survey is to improve accessibility of the company, and to encourage sustainable mobility.
Are you a company (in the private or public sector) with an average of more than 100 employees? Then the time has come to fill in the federal mobility survey and send it to the FPS Mobility and Transport. You must complete a form for each of your branches that have at least 30 employees.
For this, you will need to collect current data on the commuting of your staff members, as well as on the accessibility of your company. New in the 2021 edition is work at home. In addition to the employees who regularly travel to the unit, you will have to include in the survey those who work from home as a result of the health crisis.
The survey will start on 30 June 2021 and end on 31 January 2022. You will receive an e-mail and a letter inviting you to participate in the survey.
The government also advises that, given the corona crisis, you wait until September to collect the data, especially if you need to survey employees about the modes of transport they use.
More information about this mobility survey can be found on the website of the FPS Mobility.
We developed the 'Mobility Survey' report within the intuitive Acerta Connect reporting tool. This report is currently being updated, and will be up to date in early August.
This report includes all the data you have to submit to the government, and is even structured in a similar way. This will allow you to easily find your employees' mobility data. On MyAcerta you will find a Quick learn that will help you on your way.
