Connect

  • Calendar 
    • Your calendar has been given a revamp. You can now view both the entered and the processed time worked on one page. In addition, your calendar changes are now also instantly  and automatically saved.
    • To enter an absence, click the absence start date. Also, a handy entry screen has been added where you simply enter the period and the code. The ’add’ button also allows you to conveniently enter time worked.
    • Changes in the calendar are immediately instantly processed and adjusted in the salary proposal for your employees.
    • Processed wages as well as processed calendars from the past remain visible in Connect Smart.

Checking and processing wages

  • New 'Check and process wages' application
    • In addition to Connect, MyAcerta now also has the blue 'Check and process wages'  tile for your personnel administration. You enter the calendar and wage adjustments in Connect. Validation of the pay period is done via the new 'Check and process wages' application, no longer via 'New pay order' in Acerta Connect Smart.
  • Which data can you find in the 'Check and process wages' tool?
    • Payroll processing tab sheet: at all times this provides an up-to-date overview of your net sums payable and any meal vouchers to be ordered for the current pay period. Once you have checked everything, here is where you can validate your employees’ wages. After a check by your payroll advisor, the wages are immediately finalised.
    • 'Detail viewer pay results' tab sheet: the detail viewer makes checking your employees’ wages easier. You can check all results of the current and the next 2 pay periods at agreement level.
    • If something needs to be adjusted, do so via Connect. All adjustments in Connect are instantly rendered visible in 'Check and process wages', so you can immediately continue working on your payroll processing.
    • 'Global statistics' tab sheet: the comprehensive overview of all processed wages and wages ready to be processed can be found in the global statistics. This provides an overview of all gross and net amounts and all employer contributions.

My documents and accounting records

  • Your employees’ pay slips have also received a makeover and are now located in the 'My Documents' application once your monthly payroll processing has been completed. This application comes to replace your familiar 'AcertOffice'.
  • You will now receive your invoices almost immediately after each payroll processing operation, along with the journal entries, which are available to be consulted in 'My Documents' and 'Accounting records'.
    • Are you liable to make advance Social Security (RSZ) payments? In that case, we will immediately offset your advance payment against the wage calculations of the current pay period. That way, you never pay too much.
    • Charges for Social Security contributions, Withholding Tax, Funds and Administration Costs are clearly displayed in separate invoices, with useful details on the back.
